One hour or one day of price history.

Price history is kept forever, hourly and daily. The item detail endpoint returns the last 7 days of hours and 365 days of days; GET /v1/items/{key}/history pages through all of it. Periods with no data are left out rather than filled in, so plot gaps as gaps.
