Questions
- What counts as a request?
- Every call to a /v1 endpoint with your key, including 304 Not Modified answers and errors. Image endpoints and /health do not count.
- What happens when I hit the Free limit?
- You get a 429 with a retry-after header telling you how many seconds are left until the next hour starts. Nothing else changes, and you are never charged.
- Do unused requests roll over?
- No. The Free plan resets to 20 at the start of every hour, UTC.
- How do I pay, change my card or cancel?
- Upgrade from your dashboard. Payments go through Stripe, and the Manage billing button on the dashboard opens Stripe's portal, where you can change your card, see invoices or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Is there a password reset?
- No. Accounts have no email address, so save your password somewhere safe when you sign up.
- Can I make more than one account?
- One account per network. Use up to 5 keys on that account for different apps instead.
